Available Positions and Requirements
Chef de Partie
Qualifications: Culinary Diploma or Certificate preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Demi Chef de Partie
Qualifications: Culinary Diploma or equivalent training.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in kitchen operations, with at least 1 year as Commis in the same section.
Skills: Proficiency in food hygiene and sanitation practices. Ability to assist in section management.
Commis Chef
Qualifications: Culinary training or certificate is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates from culinary schools are welcome to apply as apprentices.
Experience: Minimum 2 years or fresh graduates with basic skills.
Skills: Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Eagerness to learn and grow.
