F. GHEEWALA Human Resource Consultants is seeking qualified candidates for urgent positions with a reputed FMCG company in Congo, Africa. We are currently shortlisting candidates for two key roles: CSD Plant & Utility Engineer and Reverse Osmosis (RO), Syrup & Filling Operator. Position 1: CSD Plant & Utility Engineer
Salary: $1200 – $1400 per month + $200 Local Allowance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in CSD Plant operations, including syrup preparation and utilities such as Boiler, Chiller, and CO2 Plant.
- Proficient in operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance of IBR boilers, chillers, cooling towers, CO₂ plants, and CSD machinery (installation, disassembly, and overhaul).
- Skilled in operation and maintenance of Auto CIP systems for tanks, pre-mix, filling machines, and line start-up.
- Hands-on expertise in raw syrup preparation and syrup blending, including measuring, mixing, monitoring, and adjusting process parameters to maintain quality and production targets.
- Strong knowledge of SOP adherence, equipment inspections, safety compliance, and routine checks to ensure proper functionality and hygiene.
- Experienced in documentation of production data, quality control results, raw material consumption, and daily utility checklists.
- Ability to manage shift manpower independently while collaborating with production and QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, with added advantage of QA lab experience and basic quality control testing skills.
Position 2: Reverse Osmosis (RO), Syrup & Filling Operator
Salary: $1000 – $1200 per month + $200 Local Allowance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in CSD plant operations including syrup preparation, mixing/blending tanks, and Auto CIP systems.
- Skilled in operating and maintaining Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants with expertise in CIP, membrane/media replacement, dosing, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in filling machine operations, including cappers, labelers, conveyors, machine setting adjustments, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
- Proficient in handling process equipment such as tanks, pumps, and mixers.
- Experienced in preventive and breakdown maintenance of Auto CIP systems and supporting line start-up activities.
