Job Description
The Site Admin Lead will be responsible for supervising and efficiently controlling the site administration team and timekeepers. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily administrative operations on site.
- Managing timekeeping and payroll processes for the team.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with project managers and other departments.
- Handling documentation and reporting for shutdown activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in GCC countries, specifically in site administration within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven experience with significant numbers of shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
