Job Profile:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
– Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in a relevant field
– Proficiency in Scheduling Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, TILOS (for linear projects)
– Strong knowledge of Project Controls: Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Control, Risk Management
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills
– High attention to detail and ability to manage complex project schedules
– Preferred certifications: PMI-SP (Project Management Institute – Scheduling Professional), PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional – AACE), Primavera P6 Certification
– Saudi National candidates are preferred
