International Trade Links (ITL) HR Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity in the UAE. Join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise in lean manufacturing, project management, and engineering change management to drive process improvement initiatives in the interior design, architecture, and real estate industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cycle Time Study and Motion Study using PMTS method to determine manufacturing time for new and existing products.
- Enhance line efficiency through process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Optimize material flow and reduce non-value-added activities through layout design optimization.
- Assess cost impact of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) from customers.
- Perform capacity calculation and planning for manpower and manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate and plan machine and crimping tools for manufacturing processes.
- Estimate costs and analyze equipment for customer Engineering Changes.
- Verify customer drawings and conduct feasibility studies for Engineering Changes.
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Work Instructions for various processes.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in UAE, preferably in the interior design/architecture/real estate industry.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is an advantage.
