Positions Available:
- Automation Technicians
- Automated PLC controlled equipment’s maintenance experience.
- Experience and knowledge in Frequency inverter drives & controls (ABB, Allen Bradley & Danfoss).
- Networking knowledge like ASI, Profibus, Profinet & SARCOS, etc.
- Siemens & Allen Bradley PLC input/output systematic fault finding & structured troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of all types of sensors and other electrical components.
- Experience in instrumentation, calibration, and PID loops.
- Competent in general electrical maintenance.
- Must be Diploma/B.Tech Holder.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Electrical Production Maintenance Technician
- Experience and knowledge in Frequency inverter drives & controls (ABB, Allen Bradley & Danfoss).
- Sound knowledge & understanding of general 3ph motor control circuits & fault diagnosis.
- Understanding of servo drive systems and control.
- Understanding the concept of line philosophy and controls.
- Knowledge of electrical sensors and applications.
- Experience in instrumentation and PID loops.
- Competent in general electrical maintenance.
- Diploma & ITI Holders.
- Refrigeration Technician
- Extensive knowledge and experience on Ammonia-based refrigeration systems.
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of pumps & control systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration compressors.
- Extensive working experience with condensers, chillers & cooling systems.
- Diploma & ITI Holders.
- Electrical Blow Molding Technician
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical technician job.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of motor controls & understanding of the basic principles of VLT & PLC units.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting of electric motors, hydraulic valves & pneumatic valves.
- Knowledgeable on 3-phase induction motors, single-phase motors, and variable frequency drives on machines such as ASB Blow molding, Injection Machine & Uniloy Blow molding machine.
- Automated PLC controlled equipment’s maintenance experience.
